Location was great for my purpose of stay Staff was courteous, in spite of several malfunction in the room , they tried their best to help At the end they could not fix anything , so offered 2 days of complimentary breakfast

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the bed was easily the most comfortable we encountered in our two week trip through the US. The location (between two stops on the E line) and an easy walk to all the museums at Expo Park was a big plus as well.

All of staff members were really nice and the room was very clean. It also came with complimentary toiletries like a razor and a dental kit among other things which was immensely appreciated during our family’s spontaneous trip. None of the hotels we’ve visited recently have had any of these things available so it was very nice to see. The bed was extremely comfortable and the parking garage was easy to navigate and nicely accommodated our large SUV. We didn’t have a need to order room service, but their menu had really great options. We will definitely be staying here again

It was close to the convention center and it wasn't in the middle of all the ruckus of downtown LA. It was a straight drive to the convention center. The room on the first floor next to the pool was nice. Beds are small but they tell you the size of the beds. Felt clean.

I liked everything about my stay. USC Hotel was chosen because it was near the location I was visiting. I am familiar with the area but it had been 20 plus years since my last visit. I was within walking distance of where I needed or wanted to be or I had the option to jump on the Metro Bus to get me there quicker. I felt safe...

Great location to the shrine auditorium where I was going. Within walking distance and felt very safe to and from at night. The hotel was decent. Staff was friendly, beds not too comfortable but everything was clean. Parking is secure which was nice even for the price, but wasn’t convenient hauling my stuff to and from my room back to the car. Pool was cold, but the area was decent. I would stay here again given location to a few specific venues.

We were in town for a concert and arrived to the hotel a bit early to see if we could drop off bags but Edwin at front desk was extremely helpful and gave us an early check in despite them being super busy. He was professional, efficient, and made us feel welcome. We appreciate him and all of the staff's hard work that made our stay what it was. Our room was great and we had a great time at the property. Highly recommended and definitely looking forward to staying here again.

We arrived late in the evening, with two small kids. The staff was kind and got us in our room quickly. We were able to order room service. It was fast, reasonably priced and tasty! The room was clean and we could see the Endeavor’s rocket boosters from our window! Seeing the Endeavor before it went off display was our purpose for the visit. We felt safe parking our car and walking from the hotel to the museum. All in all, it was probably one of my best hotel experiences.
